When we arrive to conduct a service call, we conduct a diagnosis report, which includes:
- A summary of the testing we did to identify the issue
- A short explanation of why we believe the issue is occurring. We're also happy to walk you through our process and explain the causes of your issue
- A recommended repair plan with full transparency of the options available to you.
Estimates
When we arrive to give you an estimate, we'll provide you:
- A summary of the options available to you for your electrical project and how they vary in terms of cost and capability.
- A detailed estimate breaking down tasks we'll complete and materials used.
- Financing options and other important details.
All work we scope is done to the National Electric Code and using the best available materials. We're happy to walk you through any work we completed and ensure it meets your total satisfaction.
